Great Wall at Huanghuacheng (Yellow Flower), Beijing, China — This section near a reservoir is partially submerged, with sections of the wall disappearing into the lake, creating one of the wall's most surreal and photogenic landscapes. Built using locally quarried stone, it was designed by the Ming general Cai Kai and later restored by Qi Jiguang.
